Inspired Technical Solutions (ITS) is a micro – small business located in Haymarket Va., that focuses on augmenting an organization’s technical staff. ITS was formed out of the need to assist organization’s technical staff with managing technical reviews, technical exchange meetings, technical strategy sessions, and an overall understanding of the requirements process as it aligns with the system engineering and the DoD acquisition process.

1. Cloud Transformation, Provide organizations with transformation from onsite data premise to cloud based data premise services, ITS assist the technical team with the organization and structural processes for migrating to cloud services to include, data hygiene processes, assist with determining hot and cold data requirements, assist with determining impact level services requirements, and assist with determining hybrid data center requirements and capabilities prior to cloud migration.
2. System Engineering Reviews, Provide organizations with structured and organized engineering reviews to ensure alignment with program management objectives and threshold for stakeholder requirements. ITS assist and provide technical guidance to the engineering, technical, and program management teams to ensure a positive outcome for technical success.
3. Application Rationalization Process, Provide organizations with technical assistance in forming a technical hygiene process to enable the organization with proper data migration to the cloud. The ITS team assist with determining the organizations pillar applications and their cloud requirements, also to understand the real data needs in the cloud versus onsite data centers.
4. Network Operations Design Review, Provide organizations with design reviews of existing network operations to evaluate optimization and security requirements. ITS provides guidance and analysis of network diagrams front and back door depictions from a security perspective. The ITS team provides assistance with depicting the network designs into standard DODAF depiction. DODAF drawings once approved will provide an organization with an architectural design registered with DOD archives and serve as a funding stream for future network enhancements.
5. CyberSpace Analysis, Provide organizations with a technical roadmap to capture and monitor Cyber events internal and external to existing networks, and data centers. The ITS team provides assistance with determining the Cyber requirements and methods for constant monitoring and evaluation. Assist with determining Cyber impacts to programs, networks, applications, and organizational data.
6. Requirements Analysis, Provide organizations with a structured requirements intake process to ensure adequate evaluations are used in addressing stakeholders current and future requirements. The ITS team provides guidance on forming requirement workshops and a valid traceability process for tracking and testing of requirements. The requirements process is challenging and sometimes tedious, but requirements are how an organization communicates and interfaces with its stakeholders and their immediate needs for service and solutions.
